Unfortunately you cannot get a doctors appointment for more than a week which is very frustating if you are the type of person that only wishes to see a doctor when they really need to.

VIEWS; My views are extremely positive about Dr Kleine in particular, who has helped to diagnose two illnesses, both of which were missed by previous doctors in other UK surgeries. After others surgeries in Bournemouth and Poole failed to diagnose my condition, I visited Dr Kleine, after fainting while visiting my parents. Dr Kleine subsequently diagnosed a large tumour in my cervix and I then recovered after surgery. A year later, I became ill again and my surgery in Hove was unable to diagnose my symptoms. So once again I visited Dr Kleine, while visiting my parents. This time Dr Kleine diagnosed abnormal hormone levels, referred me onto an endocrinologist, who in turn arranged for me to have brain tumor surgery. Dr Kleine has since continued to help with my recovery, despite my ongoing unusual and annoying symptoms, combined with an often emotional state. Dr Kleine is always professional, while some how being able to offer a caring and empathetic approach. I don't know how Dr Kleine does it, but I do know Dr Kleine is an amazing role model for others. Dr Kleine's approach is what I mean by "I want great care"! EXPERIENCE; My overall experience of the Holbrooks Health Team is one of total care and professionalism, despite sometimes odd behaviour from patients. For example, after my brain tumor surgery, I am often forgetful of procedure, as well as day to day tasks without realising. Such that I have forgotten to order medication when required. So when I have had to frequently ask reception staff for help. Even though, I have forgotten the correct procedure and paniced, receptionists have gone the extra mile to calm me down and have gone out of their way to help me to obtain my medication on time. Furthermore, Holbrooks Health Team nurses also specifically trained to inject my specialised injection, even though the hospital said I should be able to inject myself. Even the Holbrooks Health Team pharmacy, went to great efforts to perfect a specialised injection ordering procedure that required a specialised hospital prescription. I am a great fan of some of the other doctors too! Dr Evans looks after my father extremely well and Dr Kleine also takes terrific care of my mother. Neither of my elderly parents speak English very well, but they both often comment about how well they are cared for by the Holbrooks Health Team. CONSTRUCTIVE SUGGESTIONS; Please train others to deliver the same service as offered by Dr Kleine and the Holbrooks Health team.

I am of the opinion that some of the receptionists need further training by listening more to the persons looking for an appointment or those attending an appointment
